Anyhoo.. After discussing the differences between powerviolence and grindcore with a friend. We came up with the theory that they are both a combo of death metal and hardcore punk. Grindcore is slightly more "metal" and powerviolence is slightly more punk. Essentially powerviolence is a looser and more gnarly version of grindcore IMO.

Here's a bunch of my recently listened to bands. Lots of subgenres in grindcore that can dictate how the sound is portrayed. Didn't include much powerviolence but that is currently my favorite subgrene of extreme punk as well as what my band plays. Think more hardcore punk side of grind as opposed to its metal influence.

Ores lose ownership after 5 minutes ( any player can pick them up) and despawn 15 minutes after being mined. Mined ores often spawn in a wide variation of sizes. There are two types of ores, Raw and Refined. Raw versions sells for less.
