The Balthazar Back Item Reward Track has 4 champion boxes giving 25 Dragonite Ore each. The final Balthazar Backpack Box gives 50 ore. The Glorious Armor Box from the Glorious Reward track gives 50. Each champion box in the region tracks give progressively more Dragonite Ore, starting at 10, 15, then 25. The final weapon skin box gives 50.

The Tequatl event usually gives around 20 pieces of dragonite ore, and the Karka Queen gives around 30. I do those two pretty regularly, and even without being a big world boss train runner otherwise, I have at least 3x more dragonite ore than I do bloodstone dust or empyreal fragments.

You get dragonite ore from the berry spawns, and you get emp fragments from the chests that spawn after doing the meta event. You can get about 150 of each per toon you take through there. Though the chests respawn for each character, so even if you have just one you can get limitless emp fragments.
An easy way to get 1020 Dragonite Ore a day is to buy a Tricolor Key from Marjory's assistant in Kessex Hills and open the chest in the Tower of Nightmares. You also get quite nice loot along the way (rares, minis that sell for 20g, etc)
Use the gobblers. Between them you can consume ~800 Bloodstone Dust, ~550 Empyreal Fragments and ~550 Dragonite Ore a day. Most of the time you'll get back minor loot, but they can occasionally surprise you with nice stuff. If you're still not able to eliminate your stockpile consuming that much per day, you must be doing a skrittload of farming.
It only takes a scavenger hunt achievement in Lion's Arch and eats up to 200ish dragonite ore per day in exchange for various blue/green gear and junk items. You can get to 425 just by buying orichalcum ore/gossamer scraps and selling the orichalcum ingots/gossamer bolts. 425450 is a bit harder but with a crafting booster you won't have to spend more than a few gold and some t6 fine materials. You can free up a ton of space very quickly with just a few shards/ectos. 3.

For now just do fractals, world boss train for dragonite ore, raids, Heart of Thorn Meta events (Matriarch at Verdant Brink, Octovine at Auric Basin, Chak Garent in Tangled Depths, Mord at Dragons).
