We will need to know if you have a tie rod, welded clevis, ag clevis mount, cross tube, welded pin eye, welded tang, welded loader or swivel eye cylinder. You will also need these measurements when ordering your cylinder. Please have your extended length, retracted length, stroke, rod diameter and bore diameter when ordering.
Put sump pump into AUTO. Start ball mill lubrication system. Open air valves to the cyclones and the cylinder operated valves at the Cyclone feed pumpbox. Open barren solution isolation valves to cyclone feed pumpbox. Open barren solution shut off valve to ball mill. Open gland water valve to the appropriate cyclone feed pump.
Clean the inspection port cover and the surrounding area. Remove the cover, being careful not to contaminate the gearbox interior. Count the bolts and store them in a separate container so there is no chance they will fall into the gearbox. Observe the condition of the gears, shafts and bearings.
