Greenshade: Zombie grind (no DLC required) this is a great spot to grind XP because the zombies are plentiful, respawn quickly and they're very easy to kill. It's best to group them up and nuke them. This spot is very popular, however, and probably only really free first thing in the morning.

The best places to grind for experience points in ESO are public dungeons. While you can still earn a lot of experience points by grinding on mobs outside of dungeons, these locations don't offer the same high XP rewards as public dungeons do. Public dungeons have a very generous amount of enemies and provide very good loot drops.
