The Ender ones achieve 4x ore processing. Also worth considering: Ore tripling with Thermal Expansion is not hard at all, but limited to cinnabar and rich slag. If you can manage to get a pick with silk touch on it for red stone ore, you can triple all your gold (or whatever you need more of) with the 1st tier machines.
